Project Manager
He is the one who is at the foundation of every project on the technical level. In our case, he must have the ability to draft the technical requirements, assign the appropriate teams and equipment, and anticipate potential problems. He must also regularly communicate with the client to better understand their expectations and provide suitable solutions.
Additionally, he must draft the actual project specifications to ensure its smooth execution. He should organize meetings with the technical teams to fully understand all aspects related to the successful completion of the project. He must have good writing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. He should have a Bachelor’s degree (+3 years) in Project Management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. He works closely with the Technical Director.
Sales Assistant
She plays a role similar to that of an executive assistant, liaising with administration and the production teams. She helps implement the decisions of the project manager in relation to human resources, finances, and even equipment.
She ensures the archiving of all project-related elements, both administrative and technical. She must have at least a high school diploma (Bac) with 2 years of experience in a similar position.
She should be organized, disciplined, and very rigorous, with a good sense of communication.
